Gîte Village "Le Domaine de Massoulac" - GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE AND RENTAL

Reservation dates:

Arrival date……………………...Saturday after 5 p.m. Departure date……………………..Saturday before 10 a.m.

Out of season possibility of arrival other than Saturday: contact us.

Accommodation capacity :

Our lodgings are equipped for 4 to 6 people maximum, we will not accept more people.


Payment for the stay: 30% of the total amount of the stay as a deposit.
The balance is payable 1 month before the arrival date. After the deadline, the gîte will be rented again and the deposit will remain forfeited.

Cancelation :

In the event of cancellation of the stay, no refund will be made if cancellation insurance has not been taken out.

In order to prevent any impediment, cancellation/interruption of stay insurance is offered to the customer, to which they can subscribe within 5 days of their reservation, directly with the GRITCHEN insurer common to the Gîte Villages: https://www. subscription.safebooking.com/domaine-de-massoulac/

In the event of early departure, whatever the circumstances, no refund will be made. In the event of a possible delay in your arrival, please notify us. If 24 hours after the scheduled arrival date, the tenant has not taken possession of the accommodation and has not heard from him, the manager reserves the right to dispose of the accommodation. However, the entire stay remains acquired.

Bail :

A deposit of €300 by check, cash or bank imprint will be requested on arrival and returned on the day of departure or within a week depending on the departure time, less any damage. We take the bank card.
A lump sum of €55 will be retained if the rental has not been properly cleaned before the tenant's departure. If cleaning is planned, it is only end-of-stay cleaning. You need to maintain regularly.

Insurance :

The tenant must be covered by his ""resort"" civil liability insurance for any damage caused by him. Certificate to be provided with the balance of the rental payment.

Animals :

Animals not agreed upon at the time of the contract will not be accepted. We refuse first and second category dogs.

Dispute - Consumer mediation:

In the event of a dispute between the Customer and the company, they will endeavor to resolve it amicably (the Customer will send a written complaint to the Seller). In the absence of an amicable agreement or in the absence of a response from the professional within a reasonable period of one month, the consumer Customer within the meaning of article L.133-4 of the Consumer Code has the possibility of entering, free of charge, if a disagreement remains, the competent mediator enters the list of mediators established by the Commission for the Evaluation and Control of Consumer Mediation pursuant to Article L.615-1 of the Consumer Code, namely: The Professional Mediation Company - www.mediateur-consommation-smp.fr - 24 rue Albert de Mun - 33000 Bordeaux.
